1) Car owner (customer) should book the driver a day before, between 8am - 9pm.
2) Car owner (customer) must provide the following details like car brand, name and postal address provided with landmark to Drivers Point. Also make sure that their driver's work would only be driving.
3) Car owner (customer) should do the advance booking and confirm how much time they will be needing the driver.
4) Customer should check the car before and after the journey. For any kind of loss or theft in the car, the driver and Drivers Point will not be responsible.
5) Fuel, oil, coolant water, air, toll and parking etc. should be taken care by the car owner (customer).
6) Customer should pay the driver according to Drivers Point rate as soon as the journey ends.
7) For outstation duty : Accommodation and food allowance is mandatory and must be provided by the customer to the driver.
8) For local duty : Food allowance is mandatory and must be provided by the customer to the driver after 9.30 pm.
9) Directly contacting the driver is prohibited. If done so, they will be blacklisted and Drivers Point will not be responsible.
10) Customer should not bribe or give any loan amount. For any such things Drivers Point will not be responsible.
11) Checking the driver's driving licence and identity card before the trip starts is mandatory.
12) For driver's inappropriate behaviour, rash driving, regarding punctuality, uniform or any such queries please contact Drivers Point office.
13) If sudden changes in destination, extra allowance will be applicable.
14) Customers should make sure that the car's verification documents are kept in the car itself. If not, then as per the RTO and Traffic rules act, the customer will be liable for fines.
15) Customers should not give any kind of pressure or compulsion to the driver. Ex- To Park in no parking area, driving from wrong side or no entry road, breaking any signals or avoiding traffic rules.
16) For any kind of accidents, scratches, damage to the car or third party loss of any other vehicle then Drivers Point and the driver will not be responsible.
